Bank not helpful

So I made an online transaction on the Steve Madden website. Immediately after payment I noticed that it’s a **** website. So I immediately call the bank to cancel the transaction. Now i am told by the bank that i need to contact the **** website which doesn’t have contact numbers to cancel the transaction or wait until the transaction is authorised before i can open a dispute. I explain to the lady that I did not get an order number from the website which clearly shows the Steve Madden website is hacked. She says she unfortunately can’t help me I need to try and resolve it with Steve Madden or wait to see if i get the order first before I open a dispute as they cant get involved. Wow🙆🏿♀️
