Bank keeps sending wrong information

As executor for a deceased estate, I have been trying in vain to get the deceased's certificate of interest for the year 1 March 2018 to date of death (in April 2018). I have been sent the same incorrect IT3(b) and (s)for the period 1 March 2017 to February 2018 multiple times. I have a case number at the ABSA action line, but still get sent the same incorrect information by Dion Milton, Melvin Masha, Jo-laine Cloete and their bank confirmations department. This is a document that is required to both finalise the estate as well as be lodged as supporting evidence to SARS. Why do they keep sending the wrong certificates? They have my contact details, and case number, but instead of calling they keep sending the wrong information. If someone can assist???????
