******* bank fees

My brother has the ultimate account and absa credit card. He is supposed to not have any fees for his absa credit card, but he is getting charged every month. I have power of attorney on his account and am requesting you to refund these fees. Also,on my own account I noticed I get charged R110 a month instead of R98.
