Bank charges through the roof

Absa took 1200 of a gold cheque bundle this month. R600 internet fee, R 400 admin fee, R 100 dr fee? Now my daughter will get a bank statement show what there was for a gift but no longer is. We cant even use the account as the cards simply do not work. This is the second set with the same problem. FNB seems like a much better option as my wife pays 129 a month set fee,never takes a cent extra
