BANK CHARGES NOT LAWFULL

<p>I have a package with absa chq c/c loan and policies, now the problem is that i am paying my credit card cash and not via debit order, as well as my loan, now i have been advised that i am been charged for debit order fgacility and this result my account to be in access every time and month i paid my Loan acc yesterday and today my account was debited and now my policy with absa will be unpaid, why i am been billed over R600.00 per month on my chq acc when it is advertise you pay R98.00 pm, why am i been charged on my credit card fees for debit orders that i am paying cash. Now my policies that i had i paid x4 my premiums inside the bank and the nect day my account was debited on a Sunday whilst my debit order date were for the 07th of each month i had to call the branch the next monday to inform them about this and was advised it was an error from their side, thereafter i was informed my policies lapsed, now again i have another new policy because none of the consultants online could help me as they clearly did not had a clue what to do, now again with the double payment today my policy will lapse again after ABSA *********** staff memebers how can we TRUST doing Bussiness with a bank if the Consultants cannot help you properly.I AM BEEN BILLED DOUBLE ON MY CREDIT CARD AND BILLED ON MY CHQ ACCOUNT WHAT A MESS. SOMEONE AT ABSA PLEASE WAKE UP AND SORT OUT THE MESS!!!!!!!!!!</p>
