Bank Charges - Finance on Credit Card?

I've just had enough of this bank *****ing money. Their help desk lady even admitted that they are *****ing, as she could not even explain normal charges for withdrawing money.<br> STAY away from this bank, they add charges to everything and then have sarcastic replies on twitter!<br> I just keep paying my credit card months on end, and they just keep adding charges to keep it unpaid so they can charge interest on it! I want help in taking this further!
