BANK CHARGES / BOUNCED DEBIT ORDERS

Good day, I would like to find out the following please. My husband went for a couple of months this year without a salary, we are slowly getting back onto our feet right now. He has a loan, credit card and a cell phone that he is behind with. This is the first time ever that this has happened to us. I deposited R7500.00 on the 27/07/2017into his account thinking that that the loan would come off of the R7500.00 but bank charges and bounced debit orders went off. I would like to see exactly how much of the R7500.00 went into the loan or did that just go for bank charges and bounced debit orders? We are now told that his cheque account is now in –R4430.00 that’s just bounced debit orders and bank charges fro, July 2017 (4months) So that’s R1107.50 per month?????? How on earth are we supposed to pay that amount? We went into the bank to explain our situation and we were told that there was nothing that could be done as they cannot access the account. Can someone please help us as we need to put monies into his account to start paying the credit card off as well as his loan. We are being ****** in broad daylight and no one cares, we have 2 small children that we need to take care of, and we are trying our best to have his Loan and credit card paid off.
