Bank charges?

I have been through a few of my bank statements online and am seeing very high bank fees that were not discussed with me? I was told the account type I am on has a certain fee that is charged and these fees have gone way over and above that amount. This needs to be rectified ASAP and explained as well as any incorrect fees refunded to me!
