BANK CHARGES

Hellopeter,<br> few months ago i went to absa to withdrwa money from my savings account,the teller who was assisting me she convinced me to upgrade to cheque account as it was much cheaper.she then called another consultant to help me open cheque account and move all my debit orders.everything was done succesfully.but my problem is,everyday i get a message saying bank has added charges on that saving account,i still get unknown debit orders notifications from that account,which means more interest.now my question is who is going to be liable for those charges because i strongly told that consultant to close the savings account as i wont be using it and its obvious she didnt close it for me
