Bank Charges

I had the worst experience with Absa, my admin charges were R800 for months and they couldn't tell me how it suddenly got to that amount then when I wanted to close my account they kept giving me excuses and intentionally made the bank charges go up, I haven't been using the account for 3 months and the charges are still high it has now accumulated to R3000 all because they are ****ming us and trying to make money from us by refusing to close our bank accounts!
