Bank account just blocked with NO warning

Absa blocked my business account early June. Out of the blue. I just suddenly had NO access to my funds. When I called I was told this is a yearly thing that I need to update my details BUT my banker was suppose to tell me before it was blocked.... Needless to say I wasnt informed. After struggling to get hold of my banker who were on leave, and then one lady says she will help and then another. It took a few days in order to be able to pay the last salaries.....

Today not even a month later again on payday. It is just blocked again woth the same error????

This is ridiculous!!!! How can you just block a business account, with NO warning????

And I was told this happened to several businesses.

They better fix this and their level of service!
