BANK ACCOUNT FROZEN UNNECESSARY

I was dissapointed by ABSA have banked with them for more than 10 years ,they blocked my account that has money for my debit orders and monthly needs due to suspecting that i received some funds *****ulently as i was buying and selling goods on online shop. They didn't eben communicate with me ,i m left hanging with no proper answers .
