Bank account frozen Fica not done from my banker

My account is blocked because my business banker Ella did not do her job. I srnd through all my fica documents on 2 June. And i also ased Ella to pls get back to me to fonfirm that all is in order. Till no she fid not reply. This is Ella at ABSA business banking. On her email there is no contact no so the only way i can get a hold of her is throuhh email. This is ****ing redicilous. My emails went through to her but i got nothing back from her. You just lost a client. Thank you Ella Regards for you ****ing service
