balances

good day my name is Sello ,I was a loyal and staunch member of Absa bank ,I was a member since I was a student that is how loyal I was with this bank . I did all my transactions with or through absa and had all different types on their systems during 2012 /2014 I took x2 personal loans with A.B.SA and installments was roughly 2100 on both loans .so as time went by things went rough on my side I could not afford to pay them but still paid the correct premiums ,I made absa aware that I am seeking their help and guess what they did not want to assist me at all or did not listen to my suggestion . from my knowledge I took a loan for R50000 and Another for 60 000 and according to me these must be finished by now. but to my surprise they come back saying I owe on one loan 29000 and 53000 .I am still not happy with those balances .how do they calculate these balances and from which balances and what happened to all the installments I have been paying ,something seems to be ***** and I am prepared to even go to the extreme with this case . I dealt with these ladies and we were coming ok and all of a sudden they don't respond to my emails busani Hlungwane ,Claudette Lewis 113 303 033 ,Lindin Kayiser Debt Review Officer Debt Review T +27 (0) 11 *** so three top management people can not solve my case ,this is pathetic and wrong if feels like they added a third loan on my name .
