Bad/NO customer care
App**** for a loan a few days ago , have not received any news yet. I do understand that there is public holidays.So tried phoning ABSA to find out about the progress but was kept on the line for 22 min with nobody answering or coming back to me. Absolutely not a good start for Absa.
