Bad worse bank to work with

Hello , I have a vehicle finance with ABSA . And I’m no longer working and the sent attorneys to contact me . I did send payments arrangements with the people they had sent to contact me & They had sent me account numbers to deposit to and I did but today Absa decided to debit again after all the arrangements ? No it’s wrong please reverse your debit order because I had already been in contact with the attorneys I need that money in my bank ASAP
