Bad unmonitored Absa Bank service

You’ll sit there for hours waiting to get help from customer services, only two people working and the queue is long as a train and this is the second time this happening to me, the first time I even fell asleep waiting. Absa Middelburg Mpumalanga is the worst in customer service.
