bad slow service someoen will even die before getting help

I think that Absa Customer service is terrible and can never be a 5 star bank that is leading me to actually switch banks after banking with absa fpr the then 15 year , i have paid up my account and sen emails why isn't the Itc updated, This is my name at Stake please can someoen sort this issue out or call me
