BAD SERVISE AT ABSA NICOLE WAY

Dear Absa Hospital Benefit,

Please note my mom submitted hospital benefit as she was sleeping at hospital for depression for 7 days, you have declined that claim, there was no paperwork saying you don't cover some of the hospital Benefit, kindly advise why didn't you pay my mother, she is being pay Absa for 5 Years, kindly advise.
