Bad servise and incompitent consulant

<p>I have never been so disappointed and disrepted by a retail bank like you guys. Last of last year in august i called requesting the policy document to be sent via email because since i open the funeral policy with you guys i have never receive any document from you guys. Again aerly 2015 i called requsting the document to be sent because since 2014 i have been waiting for those document even the branch manage called you guys on my behalf requsting those document and they say they will sent them util last friday no document were sent. On friday last week on the 10 june 2016 i called again trying to find out what is the delay from you guys the second consultant that i spoken to he was so disrespectful and unprofessional he spoke to me like his speaking to one of his friend at the bar he didn't want to lesson to me or give me a chance to say want i want to know why the document we not sent to me. The respont that i get from the *********** consultant " it was that he can sè that the document were sent via post last year the reason i couldn't receice it it because the was a strike at post office" how come you guys sent me a post because i have provided you guys with my email address. The first consultant that i spoke to he said that the document we no sent but he can see that the was a request for the document to be sent and if i need answers i should contact their admin department to get the answer because he don't know why the document were not sent. Something doesn't add up with you i can not requsets the document for two years. </p> <p> </p> <p>TO ABSA BANK please stop employing incompitent consultant or nyaope people. Or your trying to save cost on my expenses </p>
