BAD SERVICES FROM ABSA BANK

I've been asking for a paid up letter from Absa for a cheque account for the past 8months. The institution only responded last month after I complained. They said I'll receive it in 24 hours now it's August. I'm on debt review and I want to be cleared. It's frustrating because I no longer have debts. I have all my paid up letters from other institutions only Absa Bank is unprofessional and inconsiderate.
