BAD SERVICES
Documentation were submitted to closed the bank accounts and transfer to the estate late accounts. No response from Absa to date

23 Jan 2023, 10:08This case has been going on since Nov 2022, poor feedback. We urgently need bank statements as at date of death to submit to the Master's office. Secondly the account were now handed over for collection to an attorney. This is surely the worst service as the documents were submitted and we did not get the answers wa needed.
