Bad Service!!!!bad experience dont have answers.

Absa bank personal loans is the worst department ever.The accesers dont have a clue what they doing,First they approve your application then they declined it,Im changing my bank to another bank..they are *********** then they blame the system..Im so dissapointed!!!!
