Bad service without fail

My cheque account is in arrears i pay it off monthly with R300 this month i got a message saying my account is with MDB and i must make arrangements which i was about to do and i did not make a payment to my cheque account and i did not skip a payment just to find out a journal was process through my saving to settle my balance . I did not give permisson to do so and this is the 3rd time its happening the aggreement was i pay monthly which i am doing and this month i had to contact MDB because my account is with them to make payment arrangements . I sick and tired going in circles with this cheque account i need to please and explain myself although i make arrangements . I am unemployed so for you to take R4620 out of my account without my content is unexceptable . I want full refund of my money and stop doing this i am paying you are draining me emotionally it the 3rd now and it not funny
