Bad service to lying...

I wrote a review about shocking customer service, then they called me. I received a mail that my request was received and adhered to with confirmation.

Later the month I see that is has not been done.

So now I would say from poor service to false feedback, lying ?.

I would probably receive another call to repeat the previous process. I wonder where has the competence gone..?
