Bad service - stay away

I have been requesting a statement from ABSA for a week which indicates an amount that went off my account but they can't provide me with the correct statement. Their useless agents just send me the wrong statements every time and there Team Leaders don't bother to call back as promised.

All my accounts is by ABSA but this is the service that I'm getting, I am moving everything over to another bank because if you can't do a basic thing then what is the point.

Every time I speak to a different agent, having to explain the same thing over and over. The banking app is just as useless, because it does the same thing. All I needed was a proof of payment.
