Bad Service regarding ***** that is on my name.

Dear ABSA. thank you for you BAD service so far !. I have been very patient regarding a matter that i urgently needed to sort out. i have a ***** application on my name and i have been trying to removed it the service i have had from this email and people helping me has been very bad and do not even respond to my mail asking them how to go about removing this thing from my name i need to apply for credit but due to this on my name i am not able to do so.
