Bad Service Received from ABSA Crossings Nelspruit. Customer Obsession is clearly not on their priority list... How can you turn 6 people away majority of whom were to collect card exactly at 3pm WITH Tuesday 16.06.2020 being a holiday. I know that some b

ABSA BANK Crossings Nelspruit does not care about customers.

The team don't even bother scanning the queue.

I went today to try and get my card which expired October 2019 and nobody bothered calling me even to arrange new card.

So AR 2h50pm 6 people where waiting outside the bank to be serviced and by 3pm only 5 people were outside so the security guards told us by "sign languages" that the bank close.

Thanks Basani for reverting.

We now know that ABSA is a good bank it's just that the people on the ground that are entrusted to execute the strategy are clearly not align to the bank's values and /or initiatives/ activities to drive market share growth. How do you just turn peopleaway that have been quing for the past 30mins to get in the bank? I am cognizant of the current social distancing issue and the fact that the space might be an issue.... But they must have something in place to manage the queue 15-10 mins before the queue close.

I mean the Team Leader didn't even bother to come and scan the queue to find out if the remaining 5 people they are about to turn away if they are there for quick things or what.

Most of the customers walk across to the other banks.
