BAD SERVICE REALY!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Good Day Absa.
I trust you are well.
I open an account at absa about a year a ago, i recently moved banks to an new bank, i have tried going in to the branch but i never get help as the branch are busy , i down graded my account to an lower plan and they still debited me on my previous account, i want to close this account with immediate effect with out any payment as i mean really at the branch their is only two people working and mean look how many people their is to help and then they have time to talk and take time like its tea or lunch so if i don't get this account close i will not be responsible for any other amount outstanding.l

I trust you are well.
Absa is the only bank i see that you need to pay an 100 fine when going in the minus, you send me an email stating i must pay before you guys can close the account, but i have been at the bank for how long and its always busy, Asba bank has always problems with systems or if i phone the customer care its always wait and then transfer me to this person and that person.
I need feedback to close the account im not going to pay a 100 fine because this was note my fault.
