Bad service overall

I had a loan account with absa of which was handed or bought by eclxternal debt collectors I settled the account however the account still affecting my profile and not closed entirely with absa, the credit burea is updated with this account being closed, but not absa and this is affecting me.

I have sent numerous emails and called about but no joy. The service is worrying considering I did my part and now I need to suffer.
