Bad service, not helpful and honest at all!

My parents who are pensioners had a home loan with ABSA Bank. For 19 years they paid their account on time and decided to settle their bond a year in advance February 2022.

They were explained that their home insurance will be covered till 31 December 2022, they tried to claim and now they want to say insurance was cancelled too. This was never told and the consultant at N1 City ensured them that they would be covered.

As pensioners where would they get money now.
