BAD SERVICE/INCOMPENTENCY AT ITS BEST

<p>I bought a car which is financed by Absa Bank. Unfortunately i lost my job in January this and i was not able to pay my car instalments, The bank wanted to repossed my car but i promised to pay the outstanding balance as soon i receive the money that was due to me from my employer. I received the money and indeed paid the outstanging balance to the bank, to my suprise a month later i receive a letter stating that i owed the bank. when i enquired I found out that the bank received the amount that i had paid but without checking the outstanding balance, they mistakenly refunded me some of the money that I had paid without even telling me, Unfortunately the bank that they used to transferred the amount and minuses and i never received the money. My point is the bank didnt check the amount that i paid was the full amount that was outsanding hence they made such a huge mistate, now im being punished for the incompetencency that was conducted by the bank. Even when they MISTAKENLY refunded me they never even confirmed with me about the banking details. I had showed them a several times proof that Im not using that but they insist that i pay for the MISTAKE that they had done. Im very dissapointed by the incompetency that is in that bank and for them to transfer the money without my knowledge is also shows how incompentent and careless the bank is.</p>
