Bad Service, in time of need for banking services

Yesterday I was from the doctor and needed some funds from my notice deposit as I was told that when I need to cash immediately I should walk in branch, and not so long I went into an Absa branch and got assisted easily so and yesterday I couldn't get assisted when I got to Fochville I don't understand why I was being taken pillar to post and I needed that cash for my medication as I'm at high risk with my heart and yet Absa Fochville the person who was supposed to assist was just telling me about online banking and how we needed a card for this transaction, made a card that cost me R70 for me to leave the banking hall without what I came for, what was I even paying for the card and not get assisted Mceleni if you don't want to work on a specific stay at home cause you costing us for zero now I had to sleep without my prescribed meds Absa Fochville bad service, extremely so. Never going to this Branch again 😭😭
