BAD SERVICE, HUGE COSTS!!!

Huge problem with Absa Bank, after the Cell C weren’t able to cancel my debit orders (2) but have agreed to pay back bank fees on the debit orders that did not go through. About a month and half ago I went to Absa Waverley plaza and requested a proper statement which reflect the debit orders that went through and the charges for each debit order as I have to send this to cell c. They emailed a request the Cheque card department, at this point the costs was at R1600.00, the consultant mentioned that this does not seem right, and I also thought so as previously we were at R500. Previously I also cancelled all my debit orders with Absa at Ben Swart street, the lady their phoned the cheque card department as they were letting debit orders go off my account without advising me or getting a authorization from me, she said the client needs to authorize this. Three weeks ago Absa phone me, about the costs that needs to be paid, I told the lady I have requested statements, she does not even want to phone Waverley plaza to find out what is going on, and now the costs are at R6000, this is in sane!!! I have proof of all debit orders that was cancelled, how can two debit orders turn so much costs?? VERY BAD BANK!
