Bad service from Montana Branch Private banking

I am really disappointed in the service I got from Montana branch private banking. Firstly I app**** for a loan, it was approved but with a ridiculous interest rate and after I asked my private banker to lower it he did (why should i ask) secondly I emailed him on 8/10 2024 to find out something for me no reply on it until today, I mailed him again to find something out for me again no reply up to date. I had to sort everything out myself so what is the use to have a private banker if you have to do everything yourself.
