bad service from mega u benefits

good day. i received an sms to redeem the freebies for my son's account. did the necessary and have still not received the details for voucher. previously, i went to Mcdonalds and showed them details the i received from mega u benefits, and they told me that i could not use that voucher for purchasing a meal. why sent out sms's and dont follow up with your clients/ why get the kids all excited about these benefits and dont fulfill them!
