Bad service from Mapeseka Machete

I had a vehicle finance and Mapeseka Machete was the lady helping me with my settlement. This lady sounds uninterested and doesn't seem to be willing to help. I told her before that this account is affecting me on their website as it seems as if I am still owing and she said it is cleared and I tried to explain but she was not interested. Just now I received a message saying my paid account ia outstanding and will be handed over to attorneys. I called her but she tells me to ignore the message, I asked her so when the message just came through now. She then put me on hold without explanation, I asked her to send me proof of the account being cleared and I am still waiting for the email.
