BAD SERVICE FROM BRANCH MANAGER ABSA ERMELO BRANCH

<p>Bad service from branch manager at Ermelo Branch.Nancy Zwane the branch manager as she said .She was very horrible when giving me a service for cahsing up the cheque.It feels like you must beg for your money at this branch.I wanted to cash up the cheque which i normally do every week at the same branch and they dont give me the same negative attitude she gave.Problem started when i wanted to cash up the cheque and she wnt and verify the cheque and she said they are no answerin the phone and i said to her i can wait for them to verify and she gave me the cheque back and she said she does not want o help me any more.</p> <p> </p> <p>Is this the kind o f service that customers are paying for? if she ithe branch manage rwhta kind of leadership and people s****s does she give to her staff.I'M SO DISSAPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE RECEIVED FROM THAT BRANCH MANAGER</p>
