Bad Service from AVAF

My car was repossessed and after that I tried to call Absa with no luck I was told that they will get hold of me after their repossess process, I haven't got any communication from Absa no letter, no call, no email nothing . Last week I got an sms from Absa recovery and I have been trying to get hold of them with no luck.

After I did my own investigation I found out that the car has been sold at the auction for R45K and I owe Absa around R45K.
