Bad service from an insurance contractor.

I'm actually complaining about a contractor used by ABSA: Iconic builds.

The contractor that was assigned to fix a built in cupboard came and spent an entire day on half finishing the job, reusing damaged materials from the damaged cupboard, couldn't finish maybe a four hour job in 10 hours and left my office a building site where they could only schedule to even have a look at it days later. Eventually when they cam to completely re do the cupboard since none of the wood was salvageable due to the hack job, they arrive almost 3 hours late.

Not happy with the quality of the work and the work ethic that iconic build's team issues.
