Bad service from ABSA Winifred Mandela Precinct

I went to ABSA Winifred Mandela Precinct to migrate my ABSA account but could not be assisted. I spent more than an hour at the branch but did not get assistance. The consultant noted that she was getting an error from the system and i left the branch with no solution to my request.
