Bad Service from Absa Vehicle Finance

When the Private Bank Sales Consultant did my Vehicle Finance, she did not put a ballon payment (residual value). Now my installment is high.

I called the Vehicle Finance Department to get the Agreement restructured and I got these two numbers to which NOONE ANSWERS:

This is really bad service from Absa considering that I have been an Absa customer for over four and a half years and I have a dozen products with then from personal loans to insurance.

This is bad.
