Bad Service from ABSA Vehicle Finance

On the 27 May 2022, I contacted ABSA Vehicle Finance requesting the Natis Papers for a vehicle of the late Mrs Herholdt. On the 28 May 2022 I received a reply stating which documents I should submit. On the 30 May 2022, I submitted the documents/information. As I had heard nothing from ABSA, I followed up with them on the 02 June 2022. I then received an email from them providing me with a case number. Since then, I have not heard anything from ABSA and after numerous phone calls and emails, I decided to phone ABSA complaint line (04/08/0222). I was then requested to send all the correspondence to *** so that it can be escalated. To date I have still not heard back from them. I think that it is absolutely ridiculous that 2-months after I requested the Natis papers ABSA has still not bothered to contact me. This is really pathetic service!
