Bad service from ABSA people in Ben Swart

So I went to ABSA in Ben Swart and Voortrekker road to get my sister some assistance on the estate of her deceased husband, when we were taken to these women in the bank that assist in the same process. The lady there just blatently refused to assist us telling us that she has appointments that are back to back, she is not even willing to even look at us I think part of the process was that she was looking at African/black people.

The least she could have done was say let me book your appointment for another day as I do not have a schedule or space for you today. her attitude was very grumpy from a person who deals with people estate. I have experienced this type of behavior a lot in Pretoria North especially if you are black were people just overlook you.

If there is any other branch that deals with other people estates please let me know I am defeated into going to such places
