BAD SERVICE FROM ABSA INSURANCE

The worst service received from Absa, Going in to week 3 after i logged a claim from resulting damages after a geyser burst and no resolution. Then due to the bad wind my roof got damaged and now i have a 1m x 2 meter hole and exposed roof, after logging the claim 15mins after the incident i still have not received any assistance and its been 24hours.
