BAD SERVICE FROM ABSA INSURANCE

<p>Hi </p> <p> </p> <p>I have been trying to cancel my building loan ppolicy with teh agents from November last year but every time the agents take my details and tell theya re going to do it but they dont .</p> <p> </p> <p>Then they ask me for info which i provide and then I GET TOLD THAT they "too busy "to attend to me .</p> <p>I am one that is paying extra insurance every month and I cant even recerse the premium as my car is attached to it .</p> <p> </p> <p>I dont understand what the problem is cancel and amend my policy as per my instructions .</p> <p> </p> <p>This is terrible service after my 22 years of being loyal to the bank .</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
