Bad service from ABSA Home Insurance

Please never use ABSA Home Insurance. I logged a claim for storm damage in February 2022 due to unpredictable heavy rain in Richards Bay. Walls are moisture logged apparently, roof never attended to although we did try. I mailed several times only to get a new claim number. No decency to call and give me feedback for faults found. I requested for the pictures taken by assessor and the report with no luck. There was however and amount they will cover, but still need to pay the excess although i will do the repairs myself as the will not cover the damage. I cannot wait to free my bond so I can move all my banking from ABSA.
