Bad service from absa

Absa birchacres gave me a wrong impression of the don't know how to do business, on the 26 Oct 2021 there was a load shedding in Tembisa we stood there for hours,they don't even have a generator for backup.I mean absa its a big business for them to not think bought that at the state of our country. Fnb was operating as they had backup.I am not sure if am blowing things out of proportion.
