Bad service from absa

We are now at our wits end with Absa Personal loans, they sent the account to Brooks and Luyt we paid up and received a paid up letter now we keep getting threatening messages from Absa our loan is behind legal steps are taken our credit score still terrible because absa cannot do their work to update but they take your money but can't to their part to update on credit people. Please absa this matter needs to be resolved now.
