Bad service from Absa credit card division

On 7/2/2024 I bought some chairs from West Pack. The full amount was paid by credit card (the Feb account was paid at the end of Feb.) On 15/3/2024 I checked my statement and found a budget payment of R425.05 for the same chairs!!! I phoned Absa card division today and spoke to a lady, who wanted to explain what a budget account is. The purchase was paid in full. She could not understand that there should be no budget account. I asked to speak to the supervisor who was to phone me back, guess what, no phone call!! I went into the Absa card website to write a report there is no place to give them my details to check.
